Mounting components

I plan to mount all my components onto a 40 X 65" panel that I will mount on the wall of my server room. My home run wires will attach to a punch down and then go from there to this wall panel for connection. All network stuff will go from the punchdown to a Netgear POI switcher.

Any body see a problem with this idea? Remember in China I don't have to follow any codes. I think this set up will allow me clear access for troubleshooting or tweaking as I add on things.
