Premise Premise Help Needed in Houston/Conroe TX area

I have a Premise operated system that needs work. It is not currently operating and I have not been able to find anyone in the Houston/Spring/Conroe, TX area that can get me up and running. Any referals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know of anyone in your area but, if you're up to it, we can try to resolve the problem via this forum. If it is software-releated, we may be able to fix it together. What appears to be the problem?
