The attached ZIP contains a set of replacement button images for Premise. Also included are the templates for Paintshop Pro in case you need to make others.
There are also some extra buttons in a Custom subfolder that I have used on various custom panels. The replacement buttons are the same sizes as the originals so they will drop right in. Some of the custom buttons vary in size from the standard buttons.
To install: Make a backup of your Premise\Web\Plugins\Images directory then copy the contents of the Replacements folder in the zip into the Images directory.
Regarding the arrows:
The buttons themselves are created using preset shape button 004 (PaintShopPro). Clear the drop shadow on the button and resize it to fill the entire canvas. Start with a canvas twice the size that you need, create the button, text etc and then resize the image reducing it 50%.
Attached are the arrows I used. To get a grey arrow I just converted one of the enclosed to greyscale before I pasted it in.
