dl900 - Caddx NX8E

Hey folks, I'm replacing my flaky (lightning strike) nx8e board with a new one. I have the dl900 software installed and can connect to the panel. I'm trying to download the panel info to my PC and then replace the board and upload. Unfortunately those options are grayed out on the dl900 software. Anyone ever do this?

I'm guessing your running into an account security issue. Did you ever load the program from the DL900 to the NX8e first? You might have to contact GE Tech support on this one.

I figured it out, trying to think about it too much... B)

I did try getting support from GE at one point but the guy didn't want to talk to me... contractors only....
