Trying to reinstall HAI's PC Access Dealer Software 1105W v.2.9c on a new PC. Have the original disk - installs fine. But when I try to update across the internet - I get the error message "cannot create file f_update.exe". When previously installed on my older computer - I had already updated to V3.0. Now I am just trying to get back where I was...

If you reinstalled and didn't delete the My Documents HAI Fodlers
Look in the "My Documents/HAI/PCAccess/Downloads" folder.
The upgrade file you downloaded the first time may still be in there.
