Haiku Stuck in Dim

I noticed this with the irule app but sometimes when I have a ipad that has dimmed down with irule and now Haiku the screen stays dim. I have to lock and then unlock the ipad to get it to its normal brightness. Given that it is two different apps I think it is iOS related but worth noting.

Yes, it's a known iOS bug. What version of Haiku are you using and is keypad mode or screen dimming enabled in haiku preferences?

Ok glad "they" / apple are aware of it. Sometimes it is hard to get them to admit faults. I am running Keypad mode on this particular installation. Looks good and so far I like it. I have two ipads in the wall running keypad mode thus dimming down. The only problem I have is not turning haiku back on

Haiku has built in dimming now, so I wonder if its conflicting somehow?

No I had the issue before where I was stuck in dim from iRule. Locking and unlocking fixes it but in the wall docks its a bit of a nuisance.
