Premise Builder contains a startup URL that displays premisesystems.com. This site contains nothing related to Premise Home Control and there is no need to display it in Builder. As of April, 2012 the site delivers a trojan and represents a security threat to Premise users.
For more information, refer to the following post which describes the issue in greater detail and how to modify or remove Builder's startup URL. If you do not wish to follow the instructions, you may download the attached file, which contains no startup URL, and replace your existing psysui.dll file in:
Windows (32 bit): \Program Files\Premise\SYS\bin\psysui.dll
Windows (64 bit): \Program Files (x86)\Premise\SYS\bin\psysui.dll
