so i just encoiuntered this scenario. if say you have three phone numbers programmed in the omnipro dialer and the first number has a voice mail.if there is an alarm, the panel will dial the first number and will not continue to dial the rest of the phone numbers. There is no way to set the dialer so that say after a certain number of rings it will dial the next number (to avoid voice mail).
