How to print/save a multi page thread?

Is there a way to print/save a multi page thread?  If so, I don't see it.  I would like to print all 9 pages of a thread to one pdf file for my reference.
 
Or is there a place to set it so that more than 15 posts make a page?

Can you set your printer to print to a PDF on XPS document? You can print each page of posts to a file.

I can print each page of 15 posts to a PDF, but then I end up with 9 PDF files.  I was hoping to print all posts at once to one big PDF file to make searching & reference easier.

It looks like Cocoontech runs on IP Board. At one time there was a way to set your posts per page but it was removed. Depending on what version CT is running you may not be able to do this with a forum setting.
