When I flip the door open on my keypad, sometimes it 'reboots'.....checked for loose wiring....everything looks good. doesn't do it all the time.....Any ideas?
It is possible that you have built up a big static charge. Try touching some metal before touching the keypad to see if that is the problem. You can remove the metal band from the keypad or ground the metal band on the M1KP. This can redirect a large static charge away.
