The next software update to the M1, Version 5.3.0, and ELKRP, Version 2.0.20, is in beta test.  UL has finished testing the latest M1 software along with the M1XRFTW Two Way Transceiver and the ELK-6050 Two Way Smoke Detector.  The ELK-6050 Smoke Detector adds a key product to the ELK Two Way Wireless Product Line which will be released this spring.  Additional wireless products are in the works and forth coming.

Congrats........

Starting some similar projects at work just waiting for the second and third mortgages to go through :)

This is good timing my GE Wireless Smokes are about due for change out.  Now I will have a better option.

Good to hear.

Welcome back, btw. B)

Anything along the line of XEP improvements in the pipeline?

How about being able use the wireless fob buttons to do other things?

The M1XEP Ethernet Module has had a great deal of work done to it also.  It is in the testing phase.

You have always had the ability to do other things with all the keyfob's buttons using Rule Programming.  You assign the button functions with ELKRP in the Wireless Programming Section.  Program the button as a non-alarm.

Write a Rule with ELKRP:  "WHENEVER RF KEYFOB BUTTON (1 to 8) IS ACTIVATED THEN (do something)

Any refinements in the hardware? Multiple 2 wire FA input module? Addressable FA support?

Guessing the 2 way smoke has a sounder and can be triggered for tandem ring. Unfortunately there's not enough items in the "pro" column for me to push it hard as a viable product.

Thank you for your reply. Good to hear about the XEP. I must have been mistaken on the wireless fobs. I believe I saw in on of the webinars that you couldn't reassign buttons to do other tasks. I'm happy to be corrected on this one.
