I would speculate that you were trying to update the firmware? It sounds like the RP program wasn't looking in the right place for the firmware files or you had placed them in the wrong place when unzipping them? I don't remember the exact procedure.

That was it. I changed computers that I was doing the programming from and the new computer didn't have the updates on it. I downloaded the new updates (from 9/13/05) and it now works fine.

You can change this location using the ELKRP Setup.

Yes, the issue wasn't the location of the update files. The issue ended up being that there were no update files in that directory because I changed machines since downloading my last update. The issue was fixed by me downloading the latest update files from the Elk website onto the new machine (PC).
