Multiple Questions Regarding eKeypad

Rather than email eKeypad over and over, or post multiple threads, I've been collecting some questions, and decided to post them all here in one thread, for others' benefit as well.
 
Can someone from eKeypad (or anyone on this forum who knows the answers), answer the below questions?
 
- Can you have multiple eKeypad apps open and operating at the same time using an Elk M1 security system.  That is, if I have an iPad mounted at my front door (only point of entrance/exit in my home that we use), and it's constantly set on, in Blueprint mode, I've got the blueprint of my home showing.  I can operate the lights that are controlled via the ISY/Insteon from this view, as well as have my alarm keypad to arm/disarm.  However, it seems that if I have this iPad mounted, I cannot access the security panel from my other iPad or iPhone.  Simply put, can I use multiple devices to control the Elk M1 via eKeypad at the same time?
 
- Is there an option to have the alarm keypad "open" when the alarm is sensed?  Meaning, if I open my front door, I get a countdown timer and have X amount of time to disarm.  If my iPad is displaying the blueprint of my home, I click on my alarm link, that pops up the alarm keypad, and I input code to disarm.  Is there a way to have the eKeypad app automatically "open" or "pop-up" the alarm keypad upon sensing that the countdown timer has started (someone entered the home)?
 
- I have a button to toggle between pages on the Blueprint screens.  Main floor, garage, basement, etc.  Is it possible to use the swipe feature of the iPad to toggle between screens/floors in the blueprint mode?
 
- Can you change the color of the garage indicator lights?  I have my garage doors operating via the I/O Linc (Insteon), and purchased the "reverse" sensor.  So at this point, when my garage is closed, the light shows GREEN.  Great.  When the garage is open, the lights shows YELLOW.  I would like it to be red.  Can me as a user adjust this color?
 
 

I have eKeypad, but I've never tried any of those scenarios. I also don't utilize the BluePrint feature.

Note: *I also asked them about copying icons from the main screen, to other screens.  The app always crashed when I tried to do that.  Also, you can use eKeypad on multiple devices.  I just had one of my devices setup wrong, so that was user error.
 
 
 

- Yes. You can have multiple copies of eKeypad connected to the same M1 (or ISY) at the same time. On the M1 the limit is 32 if using the un-secure port 2101 and 16 if using the secure port 2601.


 


- There is currently no way to launch eKeypad in response to an alarm event, but we are working on a hardware module that will push custom notification messages to your devices based on events you define. These messages will be able to directly launch ekeypad.


 


- Swipe is something we have been considering for navigation in blueprints. I will mark you interest and see what we can do.


 


- Custom indicator colors is also something we have documented as an enhancement to blueprints. it should be coming soon.


 


- The item copy crash is an issue we have just identified and fixed yesterday. We are submitting an update to Apple today (v2.18.2) that should go live on Monday or Tuesday.
