Hello,
I just downloaded the new app ($49.99) and I can not log on. Everytime I enter in the information, I keep getting "Firmware Unknown".
I have the following information:
HAI
IP = xxx.xxx.x.xxx
HAI Port = 4369
KEY1 = xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
KEY2 = xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
USER CODE = xxxx
PASSWORD = xxxxxxxxxx
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have an iPhone 5. The app calls for a "Name". Is that specific to anything or is that just the name I give it under the specific account? I tried entering in Private Key A and B with spaces, no spaces, capitalized, not capitalized, etc. Nothing is working. Do I leave the security code blank or make one up?
Please advise as I am thinking of refunding this purchase.
