Replacement Terminal Arrangement

I hope to sell my house and have an HAI Omni Pro II, but I'd like to take it with me, and downgrade to a cheaper HAI panel.  Does anyone know which of the cheaper HAI panels have the terminals located in the same positions so I can just snap off the terminals and switch the boards and still have it work?

Are you getting any return for having the system installed? Is it a requirement from the buyer?

I'll end up selling eventually, but unless the buyer is planning to pay additionally for the system(s) that I have installed, I will be taking them with me and leaving the wiring in place for them to add system(s) of their own desire.

This is an area where a home security system is expected. It likely won't be purchased by a DYI'er.  I will remove the items that I can reuse in a new home, like the wireless receiver, wireless sensors, Zigbee locks, but otherwise the basic system is staying, it just doesn't need to be the top-line system.

Personally, I'd toss in an Ademco/Honeywell or DSC system and call it day.
I guess if my time wasn't an issue, that would work, but switching brands also means changing out consoles, thermostats, and EOL resistors on every sensor.  This just isn't worth my time to save a few hundred dollars?  In addition, in my new house, I might not even use these removed items, so what to do with them, throw them away?

I just bought a new HAI Omni LTe for my office and was surprised that it was the exact same board as the OPII.  Depending how many zones you need, you could likely put an LTe or IIe in there.
