We had a couple client installs with the new OmniTouch7 screens and after numerous attempts to resolve with Leviton on the issues of downgraded features and a number of teething problems, it seems that Leviton just doesn't want to be bothered with their pesky customers, so...
We tore them out of both projects. Replaced them with iPad minis on Launch Port docks and running Haiku. Our clients LOVE them (and we are hopefully recovering from the black eye due to Leviton's lack of support).
This is really a better solution anyway, as Haiku is well-supported and provides a nice interface, but better still that our clients can just pop the iPads off the wall (or leave them for that matter) and use them as web browsers, to display cameras, control their iTunes libraries natively (and see cover art and metadata!), and much more.
The overall cost is similar, and it is a much more flexible and powerful solution. For anyone having troubles with the OT7, I would highly recommend this solution path as an alternative.
