Omnistat2 Humidity output?

Went to install my RC-2000 today but have concerns.....
My existing Honewell thermostat has a relay dry contact for control of humidifier (simply just a solenoid valve at the unit).  Power from the furnace is switched by contact and used to energize valve. 
The RC-2000 has a single terminal for Humidification and another for Dehumidification.    
Are these also dry contacts internally that switch the 24VAC already coming to the RC-2000,  Do I wire between the Humidification terminal and Common?
RC-2000 manual doesn't really say how to wire.

Yes.  Humidification and  Dehumidification will provide 24V to common when "on" and they are open otherwise. There is a setpoint humidity for each output.

Great. Thanks.  Follow up question...does the RC-2000 have built-in humidity sensor to know actual value? or do I have to connect external one?

The RC-2000 has a built-in humidity sensor.
