Hi everyone I'm new to home automation & have find this site to be the best for home auto!
I'm currently trying to diy my own system, hai omnipro2 system.

Currently I have a hai 4 relay setup to my outputs and a hai wireless receiver 64. I'm having problem setting up my 4 button keyfob, the problem is I don't know how to set it up.

I wanted to use keyfob to
1. Arm house
2. Unarm house
3. Control garage door 1 & door 2

The garage is connected to the com & NO relays.

The labels to the outputs and the zone label I have no idea where to start & how to program the relays to work. Can any one help? Any thing would help.

You need to assign buttons on the keyfob to the wireless zones, follow instructions as described here:

kb.homeauto.com/redirfile.asp?id=274&SID=

Once you have the zones assigned, you may add programming to control anything when a button is pressed. You need a PC access to do the programming.

Assuming that you have the first button assigned to zone 17 and Output 1 to garage door:

WHEN Zone 17 NOT READY
THEN OUT-1 ON

Assuming you set up the wireless receiver for 64 zones (and not 32 or 16) then every button on each keyfob needs a separate zone. So if you have 3 4-button keyfobs, that is 12 zones used. Its not the most logical how it is set up.

Hi guys, thanks for the help. Yes I do have pc access dealer & have setup to 64 system. I will try Picta programming lines. It looks logical after looking at the codes.

For the wireless receiver, you only want to enable the group of zones you need, in increments of 16.
If you enable all 64 but only use 12, you will have latencies because the system scrolls through all zones, so there can be a delay in receipt.
So if you are only using 12 zones, only enable the first 16 wireless zones.

Once the receiver is configured with the key fob buttons, one zone per button, with additional zones for the special buttons if you choose (two buttons pressed together), then the programming in PCAccess is fairly slight forward.

The WHEN trigger will be the zone going not ready.
The action and conditions will be whatever you want to happen when the button is pressed.

All of the labels for the zones, outputs, etc. are configured in PCAccess.
