Haiku Haiku and Speco cameras

Has anyone successfully  added a speco camera to Haiku?   I have a Speco VIP2B3 camera, no DVR yet....just a camera.  Camera has three streams including one (Stream2)  that is MJPEG.  
 
I can't figure out the URL I need to enter into Haiku to pick up the MJPG stream (Stream2).   Using the IP alone and Haiku complains about the source not being a valid MJPEG stream.
Anyone have any advice?  Perhaps I'm going about this wrong?

I don't have a Speco camera, but from what I can tell from reading the manual, this would be the sample URL:
