A stub contains the basic structure and elements according to the users choice. This may stem from a sequence diagram or forms where the user inputs emitter and receiver of WEBSETs, the variable to be sent and set and the time interval. I think this is the most important part we need because it is cumbersome extracting this table from several programs at various WC. It it eve more complicated if a server side script is involved, there could be a stub also for storing data via PHP. I do have some encrypted method, this would be an additional yet professional option.   But on the other hand full control over the code could also be achieved via ladder or flow charts, whatever computer aided software generation has used successfully, may be using drag and drop like scilab/XCOS or Simulink if you like or LabVIEW or http://www.myopenlab.de/.
