ipod dock not show up on omnitouch pro

hi, anyone know how to get the iPod dock to show up on the omnitouch pro? i have automation studio & pc access dealers. I'm a newbie and have just started to use automation studio is there a step to set it up.

Did you run the iPod dock setup utility and give it an IP Address?
Did you program the IP address in PCAccess and update the Controller, then import the new controller file into Automation Studio?

Thanks, I think I know the problem. I didn't use a default template. I have figure out how to get it running.
