I have an HAI OMNI II system. We have the wireless motion sensor that they make. The problem is that it rests for 3 minutes after it trips and will not trip again until that 3 minutes passes. Are there any wireless sensors that will work with my system that will trip and NOT rest for 3 minutes? I'm using this to turn on a light and if it doesn't trip it's rather useless. I have no way to run wires so a wireless is my only option.

This is one of the problems trying to use a security motion sensor to do automation tasks better suited to occupancy sensors.
If you can't run wires you could use an occupancy sensor powered by a standalone 12 VDC supply to trigger a wireless contact like the HAI 58a00-1 mini. It can take 3 inputs.

That is a power saving feature so that the sensor doesn't send out constant transmissions. I use them to turn on lights without much problem. They won't turn on lights a second time within a 3 minute window, but I think this is actually good. It is very annoying to have a light turn on, then you leave the room a few seconds later and turn the light off, only to have the light turn on AGAIN because it detected you leaving the room. Be careful what you wish for.
