Hello,

is the geturomX.cgi implemented?
using pythons httplib.HTTP I get the first two UROMs using X=1 and X=2 with a board using v03.02.17g but not number 3 and 4 correctly and !DEF when using v03.02.17d

geturomX.cgi implemented for all four uroms. You can test that through regular browser.

Next I will try the rest-client

I would rather stick to html, but do not yet see a way checking it for a couple of password protected WC consistently.

If you write your own program, you can generate HTTP header with authorization request and reply in it.

yes I did so, but I want to make it easies change towards pure HTML, using http://name

wd@url. As I can see the browser asks for authenticated access to the URL but it works for Firefox.
