Hello,

My name is Matthew from Toronto, Canada! Before I start I would like to thank everyone on this website because they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY with all my home automation/alarm stuff (and continue to do so!). I just bought my first house so I'm falling in love with the home automation life... Confusing at first but I'm glad I stuck with it! I'd love to give back the knowledge and help others with what I've learned thus far!

I just wish the ELK computer program was compatible with Apple (and not having to install bootcamp/virtual box etc.). Nonetheless, I love it all!

It's been a while, but I did at one point have the Elk M12Go software running via Wine on OSX; didn't bother for RP2 since it's not needed as frequently and during those occasions I've just used a PC or virtualbox.  I always have a windows utility computer that's always on that I can remote into for the occasional stuff like that or UPB programming.
