eKeypad M1 gives me the boot

You may be having an IOS problem and not be the fault of ekeypad and ekeypad may be a resource hog. If you google IOS errors you should find plenty of references to your symptoms

I run eKeypad Pro and have mine setup with 4 different systems (they all connect upon opening the app) - I have no issues with the app shutting down / closing.
I am running the latest iOS update on an iPhone5.

A couple of (probably obvious) things to check... Do you have the latest version of eKeypad? Have you tried re-syncing the M1 (or even deleting your existing configuration and starting over)? If you have any cameras that you can connect remotely, have you tried to access them with eKeypad? That might tell you if it is an IOS issue or an M1 issue....

I've been using eK since the day the first version was released... there have been a couple glitches here and there over the years but they've all been resolved by just deleting eKeypad from the phone (which deletes all related settings) and reinstalling it... it's a pain to reconfigure it all but all my crashes have been caused by corrupt profiles and this fixes it.
There was evidently an update to eKeypad Pro last night and now I can't access anything. I hit the iPhone app icon and it just flashes the eKeypad header and then returns me to the home screen...
Anyone else have the problem?
I'm a little reluctant to delete it and re-download it since my config file is not as up to date as I'd like... Any way to delete it but save the current configuration if I can't access the app?
