Email board not working HAI,

Hello,
I have an email board attached to my omni-pro II. 
I check the check boxes for events such as arm/disarm, alarms, troubles, etc.. then I write it to the controller.
When I read from the controller the checkboxes disappear except for the first row email in the "user message", which is the last column (see attached). 
 
I can send a test email. 
I can send an emial through automation script, that works.
 
62.    WHEN Email Test
// "test" is a button
            THEN E-MAIL MESSAGE #4:[test4ab] TO: [email protected]
 
Any ideas or should I return the email board?

Figured it out. Need dealer version to do this.  Personal version persists the emails and messages but not the check boxes, that's ridiculous.
