I've just ported Digital Dan's Java code over to the Android environment and would be willing to share this code. This code just establishes an Android console session that receives notifications from the controller. You would have to add a GUI front end for your Android device and whatever additional functionality that you may need.
You will receive the complete Android Studio package. PM me if you're interested in this source code. I can't post it on the forum because it is a really large package.
Finally, I'm currently in the process of adding Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) which is commonly referred to as camera popups to this package and would be willing to share this additional source code when finished with anyone seriously working on a similar Android package.
