M1EXP Firmware update does not allow ISY to communicate

I had my elk and ISY working without issues for years.
I was never able to get the email notification in ELK to work, ISY worked fine.
 
I thought I would try the ELK update to see if it would fix my email issues.
 
I have not had a chance to test the email, cause the ISY no longer communicates.
 
I would assume it is due to the unsecure port not working?
 
Any thoughts on this?
