Anyone using Sitesage with Omni Pro 2?

As I haven't gotten any replies on my question of best electricity monitoring for use with no Pro 2 I've tried to research the options available. It seems if you want to monitor by circuit the best options are Powerhouse Dynamics Sitesage or TED Pro with a spyder unit.

Does anyone have experience with either system and integrating to Omni Pro 2?

I'm not sure what you mean by "integrating."  the Omni does currently support power monitoring over Zigbee. Zigbee devices typically monitor the power of what is plugged in them, and the Omni can display this power in PC Access, but that seems to be as far as it goes.  I have some Zigbee lamp modules and i can see how much power the lamp draws. But then the question becomes, so what. You can't base a trigger on a power level and i don't believe panels or even HAIku can display it so to me its a bit useless.

A few years back, HAI worked with some power utilities to build display units sold to customers by utilities. Basically it really had nothing to do with power as it did that HAI could manufacture consumer Zigbee devices before other could.  These use the Smart Energy Zigbee profile that the Omni doesn't even support.

I always thought the lack of OPII tie in was odd with the Smart Energy stuff.  At some point along the line, HAI added "Energy Cost" triggers into the OPII programming, but I've never seen or heard of anything that utilized this.

My intention was to pull in kWh info to the status page and potentially trigger events based on this information. I live in a flat rate locale but I could see many potential energy saving automations being triggered based on time of day and usage levels. This would be particularly the case if in a locale which charged based on peak load, season, etc. Even in a flat tariff locale I would like to trigger automation based on usage, this could be current, month to date or any other parameter. So in other words if I set a monthly electricity budget I could have my heat/cool set points adjusted based on how my usage is comparing to the budget. Hopefully this gives an idea of what I am trying to accomplish. From your reply it doesn't sound like this is possible.

In any event I ended up ordering the TED Pro with 2 spiders (monitor 16 separate circuits) as the SiteSage for 3-phase power was too expensive to justify. There is a separate app for the TED Pro but believe I'll at least be able to pull in the kWh data to the OP2 status screen for informational purposes and manual adjustment of anything.
