60-744-95R Flood Detector

Just bought 4 of these devices and they are not working. Whether I manually or automatically have the system detect them they are showing as zone violated. Checked my manuals and looking online and changing whatever settings I have have no effect. I am using Elk M1Gold with a Caddx receiver. This has worked with these transmitters as I had one before, it died which is why I bought more. Any help you can give so I can get these working would be great.

Guessing, but assuming you have the wrong loop inputted. Probably need to place the unit in alarm state and then pop the tamper, as was done with all of ITI's learn mode devices.
 
This would be going into the "unsupported" realm as these units were never listed as compatible with the M1's RF, either via the Caddx receiver or Elk's own. For all we know, GE made a change to the units that nobody can be sure of since your original install.

  Sorry but I don't understand what you mean.  What is the wrong loop?  These are wireless devices.  These sensors do not have a tamper so not sure what I am suppose to do here.

Put the device in alarm condition by wrapping a piece of wire around the probe and then press the trip button on the unit.

Okay tried that and nothing happened.  Tried just pushing the button and also holding it down.
