Issue with Omni Pro II, door chime and beeps turning off automatically

I've been running the OP II for a few years now. Just in the last week something strange has started happening. Every so often, the console beeps 3 times (rapidly). I see no event messages in the log, but after this happens all of the beeps turn off. In other words, the chimes you hear when you open a door or window, and the beeps that warn you the alarm is set when you enter the house. We like those beeps to be "ON"
 
In order to turn them back on I push "0" and then "Beeps ON". This works until the next time the unit randomly beeps 3 times and resets the chimes/beeps to off.
 
I'm running firmware 3.15

Did the eerpom reser permanently fix the problem you were having or has it reoccurred?
 
I upgraded to 3.15 back in September 2015 and I've had the same problem occur 4 times now since.  I just send a beeps on command to enable them but I also noticed that my console with the speaker no longer was saying the custom messages I have configured.
