Premise Premise asking for Key/Activation after move to Parallels

I had premise running on my last/old PC/laptop which finally bit the dust after more than 10 years and at least 5 running continuously.  I pulled the hard drive and installed parallels on my iMac and have successfully got it to boot up like nothing happened, except for that Premise has noticed the hardware change and is now asking for (re)activation.
 
Is there anything I can do?

What version of Premise? 2.1 or 2.0?

You are running a purchased version? If you are running the free version that can be downloaded from this site it should not ask for a key.

Nope, its the one from this site.  I'm guessing the only real difference between what is posted on this site and purchased versions is the installer, which probably generates the necessary key and hardware fingerprint for the server to run.  Since I moved to parallels, pretty much all the hardware of my machine is now different, so the fingerprint no longer matches.  I've searched through the XML to try and isolate the fingerprint but have been unsuccessful.
