Switch AC 'Plug' Power With Contact Closure UL Off the Shelf Box

I know this has been discussed here, but I'm not able to find the thread...
 
I'm in (quick) need of switching a 120 VAC powered device with a typical plug remotely with a contact closure.
 
I'm searching for an off the shelf device UL listed (or at least have one of the approved certifications we allow) that will plug into an outlet, then have a female plug into which I can power my device, then send power to that plug with a contact closure.
 
I know I can easily do this with ethernet switches, DIY, etc... but I need something off the shelf already certified.  If I even modify the device slightly (i.e. wire my own plug to a relay) I will have to go through some certification/approval process.
 
I found this device, but I thought there was something a bit simpler around.
 
I also found this, but it has a "City of Los Angeles Electrical Test Lab Approval" (which will not fly).
 
Also, I need 'contact closure' activiation, i.e. nothing RF.
 
I also found this rackmount unit, but I would like a smaller box that can be mounted on the wall to control only one plug.

Or are you looking for a hard and dry contact?

That's a good suggestion, but I need hard closures.  I think the device I listed above will work out.  Thanks.
