Need zone controller help

Hi all.

I currently am using two RCS zone controllers for my house. For the most part they just work.

My problem is that in the past year, lighting or power surge has struck. I have been able to return them to RCS and they were repaired for a small fee.

What I don't like is they are no longer made / discontinued.

What is a good replacement? I am afraid one is going to die and I can't get it repaired.

One furnace is a normal HP. The main is a dual fuel 2 stage heat pump with propane backup.

How many zones do you have? AC or heat only? Outside vent?

We had RCS zone controller in the old house, it was great. Now we have 10 zones of radiant heat that are controlled by Omnistat thermostats and HAI controller. Depending on your setup, it may be a good solution, but you'll have to program the Omni to operate dumpers/vent if you have any.

Picts-

I have an Elk m1 also. I am using 3 zones on the main floor and 3 zones on the upstairs . I am wanting to add a outside fresh air vent, but that has not happened yet.
