Need help connecting to Elk M1 Gold with new computer

Hey guys!  I was using the Elk software on my old computer (Windows 7 laptop) to connect to my Elk M1 Gold.  Now I have a new computer (Surface 3 Windows 10) and I have the software installed and my account from the old computer is also imported to the new software on the new computer.  Both computers are running ElkRP2.  So all the settings are the exact same on the new computer (ie. ip address, port, etc).  When I try to connect on the new computer I get a cannot connect error.

Any ideas on how to get the new computer to connect?  If not, how can I get technical support for this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Windows 10 and the M1EXP have a SSL compatibility issue, in that Win10 no longer supports SSL 3.0, which is what the XEP used.

Elk recently came out with a firmware update to the XEP that fixes this.  You may also need to update the version of RP2 that you are using if you don't have the latest level.

More discussion is in this thread.
