I found cocoontech after downloading haiku helper. I have been in home automation (yes it's been around longer than that!!!) for about 25 years and have worked with most of the big names (Crestron, Savant, Control4 Elan, Lutron, AMX ect.... I am now focused on HAI Leviton, my goal is to learn as much as I can about the products and find its strengths and weaknesses.
I think it's really cool to see other people who are light years ahead of me... There is always someone who knows more than you do. Love it....
I recently started playing with levitons email notifier and was able to get "IFTTT" to work my hue bulbs and nest thermostat when I place my system in away mode. I am actually surprised of how reliable it has been...about 1 min delay but, Not a big deal when I'm leaving the house for the lights to go off and thermostat to raise in a minute or two. I know I can use other avenues to do the same thing, but it's what I have, and it's fun....
