OmniTouch 5.7E's - PCA - Rooms

I understand that the Extended rooms section of PCA is meant for the OmniTouch 7.
 
Just spoke to a new Omnitouch 7 user and he told me that he cannot get his rooms section to work at all and just sees a blank screen when accessing a room.
 
The above noted noted I did define a room in PCA with Omnitouch 5.7e screens.  It made the Omnitouch 5.7e screens disfunctional.
 
Disfunctional means that none of the rest of the icons work in the Omnitouch 5.7e touchscreen.
