P Piasa Member Dec 9, 2015 #1 I am unable to arm my M1 using eKeypad. I am able to disarm it, view logs and status, etc with eKeypad. I had been able to arm it using eKeypad for the previous nine months or so. Any ideas or similar experiences?

P Piasa Member Dec 10, 2015 #5 No zones violated when attempting to arm. eKeypad keypad shows "ready to arm". Where does one see if "remote access" is disabled? Elk logs show nothing when arming attempt fails. When disarming from eKeypad logs shows 1174=AREA DISARMED USER 1 (User 1)
