I've just added an expansion enclosure to my Omnipro. Everything on the expansion board seems to be in order (status LED is blinking at 1/sec). However some of my LCD consoles are going bananas - they complain of "No controller data" and start beeping.
I have the expansion enclosure connected in parallel to the LCD consoles. I also configured PC Access with one expansion enclosure and set the appropriate DIP switch on the board. I tried different wiring to no avail. My suspicion is that somehow the addressing of the expansion enclosure is not correct and messing up communication to the consoles. The consoles resume normal behavior as soon as I turn off the expansion enclosure. Anybody have any clues?
