Exporting data from WebInterface to an Android app

Is it possible to export data drom the sensors (for example temperature or humidity), which are connected to the WebControl, to the app on Android? Is there any ready-to-use solutions?

If the app takes HTTP GET command, it will work. Basically, that app needs to work like a little HTTP server to receive HTTP request
