Page 10 assumes you already have the RJ45 plug from HAI with 4 colored wires (Red, Black, Yellow and Green). The picture just shows 4 wires coming out of a RJ45 plug. There is no indication of whether pins 1-4, 2-5,or 1,3,5,7 etc are being used. If you don't have the Hai wire and need to make your own, there is no documentation of which pins correspond to which colored wires. That is all I need. If it was that simple, I wouldn't need to ask on this forum.
