Where to buy Elk products

Does anyone has a good reputable supplier that offer good price for elk products. I found ELVESSUPPLY on google but almost all buyers gave them bad ratings. I know I have found it on cocoontech where someone recommended a good online distributor but I can't get the topic again. Any help will be appreciated. thanks

Elk has a network of authorized distributors who sell the components at or close to "list" price.  When you need technical support, Elk will push you to get it from the distributor you purchased from.  They don't like to deal with end-users directly.
 
You can also buy Elk components from unauthorized distributors that sell for less.  The difference is that most don't offer technical support, or much of any other kind of support.

I prefer Automated Outlet and Worthington.  Also jmac.com for cheap prices but not an authorized dealer.

I bought mine from Elves supply because the savings was well worth the risk of any possible support issues. The system I bought was $443 there and nearly $700 at the "authorized" dealers. I was still able to set up an account with Elk and get access to the forum and updates.

where can i find it? i searched online but it seems every distributor replaced it with MXOVR

AutomatedOutlet lists it as out of stock.  You could certainly call and see if they know when they are getting more.

I'm pretty sure the M1XOV is discontinued.  Elk lists the manual in their archive of obsolete revisions and discontinued products, and it doesn't show up in their list of current products.

I've never even heard of that variant and I've installed M1's since they first came out. Can't think of a reason why I'd need 16 voltage triggers that couldn't be done with an XOVR or RB combo, not to mention a lot safer due to isolation.

well, i have going to use the voltage for triggering bunch of relays, but i guess i will have to use M1RB to do the triggering which will result in waste of relays. oh well. 

The M1XOVR has both voltage outputs and relay outputs.

True, but I have used the converted the voltage to relay by using m1rb. And I need extra switched 12v to trigger ELK924. oh well
