Hello,

Not sure if this happens with other fields in the Network Config page (netcfg.htm), but it the board stopped responding (ping destination unreachable, GUI not responding).

Firmware and GUI versions: WC8 update-PLC3-3-27

I can provide more information if needed.

Thanks,
Rafael

Are you sure it's 3-3-27?
The latest firmware I'm running (and I thought it was the latest available) is 3.02.27.
I've just logged in to a couple of mine, they all have NTP servers set to my local stratum-1 time reference, and all are working fine.
Do you have any PLC code loaded? Something to flash a LED or something, to show you that it's running?
Is it possible you've  turned off DHCP and it's reverted to the 192.168.1.15 IP?

3.3.27 is for hw rev 2.3.x boards.
3.2.x is for hw rev 2.2.2 boards.

It is likely your NTP server not responding or somehow sent too many packets to jam the WC8 network stack. Or other network activities are too much, that could jam the network stack, since WC8 has very limited RAM space to handle data packets.

What did you enter into your NTP server settings? by default, it is 0.0.0.0, that goes to public NTP server at ntp.org.  If it could not connected after every way to try it, you will have to reset the board.

Also, even when network is being attacked and jammed, WebControl PLC engine will still run, as long as the green LED is blinking (by default, although user can change the green LED behavior), its I/O is monitored and controlled by PLC program on its own time scheduler.  When network packets eventually died down, NIC will be accessible again.
