OmniPro II Dead?

I woke up this morning to a non-functioning OmniPro II board.  Board has been trouble-free for about 5 years now.  The “AC ON” led is the only indicator that’s on.  I’ve tried swapping the power supplies between the OmniPro and the 17A01 expansion board…but still appears dead.
 
Is there any else I can try before contacting support?

Check the battery.  A bad battery can cause you issues.
 
If you feel like it; disconnect everything and put the board, power supply and keypad on workbench and see if it works then. 

Thanks for the suggestion, Pete.  I've tried with the battery disconnected...no luck.

Look here for burn marks, smell of burnt parts or exploding capacitor.  I had one OP2 board with an exploding capacitor in the 10 years or so.
 

 
You will probably need to take the board out for service.
 
Disconnect the battery and power supply and any aux power supplies before you begin.
 
The terminal strips just lift out en masse making this part easy.
 
Daughter expansion boards are also easy to remove.  Just make sure you line up the pins when reconnecting them.
