No Controller Data - after changing temp sensor zone type

I installed a temp sensor last week and it has been working fine.  Today I changed the type from ER Outdoor Temp to ER Temperature to see if I could get the low setpoint to trip the alert.  When I tried writing the config to the controller, PC Access seemed to lock up.  I waited 15 minutes or so and ended up killing the application.  Tried to reconnect to the controller with no luck.  Ended up powering down the controller and now I get "No Controller Data" on my console.    Looking for some help.  I have looked at some of the similar posts here, but dont see any clear resolution.  Hoping i didnt hose the controller..

Any thoughts of things i can try to get going again?

There are actually two banks of firmware. When you update one bank it continues to run from the other bank. Only after everything is downloaded successfully does it switch from one bank to the other. So you did the right thing, power down and letting it reset. The true test will be on the next download. If it fails again, you could have some bad memory. Hopefully it will work and it was just a glitch.

Well, to answer that, the next download worked fine.  Didnt know any better than to try it.  :)    Thank you for sharing a bit of knowledge.
