Lost my ELK RP Account Settings

Hi,
 
I lost my hard drive and didn't have a backup of my ELK RP files/settings.
 
I've reloaded the ELK RP software.  Is there a way to communicate with the ELK M1 and retrieve the current settings or do I need to re-enter them manually and start over?

The RP software has this functionality built in, though you will need to find your system serial number and RP code.  Hopefully it's still the default, you can get the default information from the manual - register on the ELK website as an owner if you don't already have access.
