wifi z-wave door lock?

Just bought a vacation home that I will be renting on airbnb or similar.  Im looking to install a door lock so that I can create and deactivate codes remotely and view access logs.  I think pretty much all of them are capable of this but the info on the websites are so dumbed down that I can't tell how they work.  Kinda like phase 1, collect underpants.  Phase 3, profit!
Ideally I'd like something that was wifi with an option of connecting it to an ISY via z-wave later when I have more time and money to integrate it.  Initially though Im just looking to get it working stand-alone.  Is this possible with something like the Yale or Schlage?

Looks like they all require a z-wave hub best I can tell.  In this case, what would be the least expensive solution?  I think the ISY might be overkill for this application.  I don't plan on adding much else being a rental.  I want to keep it simple.  The Vera looks like it might be a simple, fairly inexpensive solution vs my ISY that I use (and love) at home.
Thoughts?

Thanks

I have a Yale YRD246 ZWave-enabled touchscreen deadbolt coupled with a Vera Plus. I've been using them in conjunction with an Elk M1G that has an iButton reader mounted at the exterior of my front door. It's set up so that when I scan my iButton, a specific zone on the Elk is closed, which in turn disarms my alarm system and unlocks the deadbolt (unless the system is disarmed, in which case it does the opposite). So far the system works pretty well, though the Vera seems to rely heavily on the WAN which causes delays and sometimes fails to unlock the door when there is very heavy traffic on the network (like Torrents or streaming video, for example). I imagine that if I took the time to set up my router properly I could avoid this. If you are planning to use this method and you are not able to visit the site at a moment's notice, I would advise you to set up some sort of fail-safe that would allow you to do a hard reset on all systems remotely that does not rely on the Vera, or at least set it up so that it resets automatically late at night at some point every 24 hours. I would never rely on the Vera alone and I make a point to keep everything modular and flexible (multiple control options available).

I've never used the Vera to change or set PINs up on the Yale, but this evening I visited the Vera's webserver page and noticed that there was a firmware update available. Scanning through the release notes I see that: "Pin codes can now be correctly added for Yale YRD220-ZW". I have the YRD246 installed as the 220 and it seems to work, but as stated, I haven't experimented with the advanced features yet.

Good luck!
