OmniLT replacement

My old (2008) OmniLt board seems to have gone south and I need to replace it.  I do not have unlimited funds but want a system as least as good as the old OmniLT.  I would appreciate any thoughts or advice.  I have been leaning toward the Omni LTe because that would require the least amount of additional changes.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have seen OmniLT's of old being sold on Ebay for some ~ $30. 
 
Historically have seen used OmniLTe's going for a reasonable price of less than $200. 
 
Looking a short time ago did not see any used OmniLTe's on Ebay.

I have an Omni LTe w/ e-mail notifier board that I've been meaning to list up on the classifieds.  It was installed in my office for about 2 years, but I recently closed that, so just have it sitting.  PM if you have any interest and I'll take pics and shoot you a price.
