Access control

It's a door controller - what else do you need to know?  Is this for commercial or residential?  Do you care about having the newest features?

The last access control system I did was Brivo, and it was awesome - it is cloud based, but it let you tie in multiple facilities to a single credential; it let you make the card design and print it on the access control cards; it read about every format of card ever dreamed up, and it had companion apps for your smartphone so you could open the doors from anywhere with the app.  I used to get texts from contractors on-site to work while I was still on my monday morning flight to the job and I'd just remotely let them in.  It had a monthly fee, but to me it was worth it.
