Centralite Elegance Problem

I have a centralite elegance system and one load is stuck in the on position. There are two buttons controlling this particular load and both buttons seem not to be stuck. Resetting the MCP panel doesn't fix it, finding stuck buttons in the software doesn't work.
 
How can I turn this load off?

How old is your system? My guess is the relay broke, and you need to replace it. If it's on warranty, call Centralite tech support, otherwise relays are frequently available on ebay.

Thanks for the reply. I've had a quick look on ebay and could only see light switches. Is there a particular search term I should use apart from 'centralite power relay'?

May be too many for you, but I have seen other variations.

Also, my panels have a spare relay, you may want to check if you have one. If not, try to read the model of the relay on your panels and search for that model

That looks like a pretty basic solid state relay. If you can post a picture of yours, James, it should be fairly easy to source it from an electronics parts supplier. Places like Mouser or Digi-Key here in the USA stock things like that.
